Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, the Contract Senior Recruiter will work remotely for a 6-month term, focusing on sourcing and winning top talent across various levels while partnering closely with leadership to build market intelligence and enhance recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for People Operations & Corporate roles from intake through offer
• Build target company lists and market maps for priority searches, conducting in-depth research on culture and structure
• Utilize AI tools for sourcing, research, and pipeline management while maintaining discretion in leadership searches

Required qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for leadership-level roles in corporate functions
• Demonstrated ability to create target company lists and conduct comprehensive market research
• Experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment processes and a critical perspective on their effectiveness
• Ability to manage confidential searches and work directly with C-suite leaders
