Contract Service Delivery Trainer

Job Summary

To support a hiring surge, the temporary Contract Service Delivery Trainer will design and deliver job-specific onboarding and training focused on Workday and OSV's BPaaS systems, working remotely for an expected duration of approximately three months or longer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments by collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts to identify priorities specific to Payroll
• Design and develop training curricula and materials using instructional design best practices
• Lead engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions for diverse audiences, incorporating hands-on practice and evaluation methods

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience specializing in Workday Payroll training or system administration
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes related to payroll, including compliance and reporting structures
• Experience with gross-to-net calculations, tax compliance, and multi-state/global payroll
• Ability to manage multiple training deliverables independently with minimal guidance
• Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills, with patience for non-technical learners
