Job Summary
To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Contract Sourcer will identify and engage potential candidates for Business and GTM roles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Write personalized outreach messages and follow up with candidates via email and InMail
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and align candidates with role requirements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience sourcing for business or GTM roles, recruiting coordination, or related experience
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on personalized outreach
- Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Curiosity about fintech products and the industry
