Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist (Sales).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Client Contract revision processes, recommending improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Analyze and recommend process improvements to boost client satisfaction and overall contracting process quality
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex contract issues and provide training to team members on current contract terms and changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 11-14 years of equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in contracting, legal environment, or process improvement, preferably in PBM or healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills to resolve complex contract issues across functions
  • Ability to manage timelines and balance multiple deadlines effectively
  • Experience in adapting to dynamic work environments and making informed decisions
