Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the entire contract lifecycle, the remote Contract Specialist will draft, negotiate, and monitor compliance of contracts while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals
• Monitors compliance with contract terms and applicable laws, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Collaborates with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to facilitate contract execution and provides expert guidance on contract-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in contract management or a similar role
• Law degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent
• Strong understanding of software and technology contracting, along with in-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
