Job Summary
To ensure delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs, the full-time remote Contract Specialist will draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while performing quality checks based on project guidelines and client instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types
- Negotiate client-preferred terms in alignment with established guidelines
- Perform quality checks on drafted/reviewed contracts as per project instructions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- JD-qualified attorney or paralegal with relevant experience
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language
- Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with contract redlining tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
