Job Summary
To support contract management efforts, the full-time remote Contract Specialist will draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while performing quality checks to ensure adherence to project guidelines and client instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types, including NDAs and Master Service Agreements
- Negotiate client-preferred terms in alignment with established guidelines and playbooks
- Perform quality checks on contracts and maintain accurate records while meeting project timelines
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- JD-qualified attorney or paralegal with relevant experience in contract management
- Strong ability to interpret complex contractual language and identify risks
- Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with contract redlining tools
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
