Job Summary
To support a growing Legal Department, the full-time Contract Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of veterinarian employment agreements, including drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts in a primarily remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, modify, and execute veterinarian employment agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and business goals
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Legal Counsel and Hospital Leaders, to clarify contract terms and prepare for negotiations
- Maintain organized and secure contracts and related documents while supporting post-employment contract review and enforcement
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of contracting experience with hands-on exposure to drafting and revising contracts
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments including Talent Acquisition and Finance
- Ability to deliver accurate contracts on time with attention to detail
