Contract Specialists Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the Supervisor, Contract Specialists will manage customer contract operations, ensuring compliance and effective contract lifecycle management while providing operational leadership and support to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and processes of the Customer Contract department, including workload prioritization and timely deliverables
• Set performance expectations, coach team members, and support onboarding and cross-training initiatives
• Monitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance service commitments and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in contracting, compliance, or related fields with knowledge of legal terms and conditions
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing projects or workflows
• Familiarity with contract processes and standard operating procedures
• Experience with SAP and Icertis to support contract-related processes
