Contract Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a critical phase of growth, the full-cycle Contract Technical Recruiter will drive hiring for engineering and technical roles, partnering closely with internal recruiters and hiring managers, while working remotely or from Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own sourcing for engineering and technical roles, including software, autonomy, perception, and robotics
• Map the talent landscape to identify potential candidates and maintain current knowledge of relevant companies and programs
• Engage passive candidates through various outreach channels and build long-term candidate relationships to maintain warm pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of sourcing experience for technical roles in robotics, autonomy, defense, or related industries
• Strong Boolean search skills and hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
• Experience building candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Technical literacy to engage in meaningful conversations about candidates' work
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and refine sourcing metrics over time
