Contract Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

As a Contract Technical Recruiter working remotely for a 3 to 6 month engagement at approximately 40 hours per week, the individual will build and maintain candidate pipelines for data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development roles while collaborating with sales and engineering leadership to meet hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for evergreen roles in technical domains
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align with customer deployments
• Develop outbound sourcing strategies to engage top-tier engineering candidates

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting with expertise in engineering talent acquisition
• Track record of building evergreen or just-in-time candidate pipelines in high-growth environments
• Experience supporting forward deployed or professional services teams is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly across sales, product, and engineering
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting strategies
