Contract Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a critical hiring initiative, the full-time Contract Technical Recruiter will partner with Engineering Leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to attract, assess, and close highly skilled sales professionals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead full cycle recruiting for various engineering roles, achieving 20+ successful hires over a 3-month engagement
- Proactively source talent through multiple channels and conduct thorough candidate screening and interview coordination
- Manage offer processes, including negotiation and acceptance, while maintaining accurate documentation in the ATS
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment
- Proven experience in high volume hiring initiatives under tight timelines
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience recruiting for B2B technology or professional services organizations
- Background in hiring across multiple regions or territories
