Contract Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the Manufacturing, Test, and Operations Engineering organization, the remote Contract Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, partner with hiring managers, and proactively source candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a set of searches for engineering roles from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close
• Meet regularly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on pipeline progress
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and engineering communities to build a strong pipeline

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including 2+ years for Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering roles
• Experience recruiting for hardware or equipment roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; Ashby experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• A collaborative and flexible approach, comfortable working in a lean team
