Contract Verification Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure contract viability and alignment of customer and production expectations, the remote Exterior Contract Verification Specialist will review sales contracts for accuracy, coordinate with sales management on corrections, and assist production managers in material ordering and job progression.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate sales contracts for accuracy, completeness, and scope of work
• Establish communication with sales management for error tracking and continuous improvement
• Assist Production Managers in determining the best products and processes for job progression

Required qualifications

• Experience in contract review and verification processes
• Familiarity with material ordering and production processes
• Strong organizational skills for tracking contract issues and communications
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with sales and production leadership
• Technical knowledge to determine pre-install inspection needs
