Contract Web Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Contract Web Project Manager will independently manage website builds and support engagements, utilizing project management best practices to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Independently plan and manage assigned website projects in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Coordinate project activities and communications to achieve agreed-upon project outcomes
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and changes while maintaining stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven experience delivering website projects with knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
• Expertise in the website development process, ideally with WordPress knowledge
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools like ClickUp
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of high client satisfaction and effective cross-functional collaboration
