Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the recruitment and negotiation of provider contracts, the full-time Contracting Manager will oversee provider rosters, optimize networks, and ensure compliance with corporate and state guidelines while working remotely with occasional travel to the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and negotiation of regional and national provider contracts in accordance with guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loading of new contracts and amendments
• Define and monitor network reporting metrics and lead meetings with health plans and corporate teams to review provider performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience in project management and knowledge of managed care and health programs
• Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of reimbursement models
• Healthcare industry knowledge, including familiarity with various contracting methods and compliance management
