Contracting Specialist Manager

Job Summary

To provide leadership and operational oversight for the Provider Contracting Department, the full-time remote Contracting Specialist Manager will manage a small team, draft and review complex contracts, and serve as the primary resource for resolving non-standard contractual issues.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate non-standard terms and contractual risks to determine appropriate resolution paths
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contract terms while ensuring adherence to policies and standards
• Supervise and coach Contracting Specialists, overseeing departmental contracting activities and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Paralegal Certification
• Significant relevant experience in contract administration or management
• Demonstrated experience independently drafting and revising contractual language
• Strong judgment and analytical ability in handling contractual issues
