Contractor Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Contractor Product Manager to join the Lifelong Learning product team, this remote position will own key areas of the lifelong learning platform, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Services, and Go-to-Market teams to enhance the learner experience, boost registrations, and drive operational efficiency for higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for assigned product areas, translating customer needs and market trends into product opportunities
• Conduct customer discovery and validate solutions through qualitative and quantitative insights while championing the use of AI and emerging technologies
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, manage product requirements, and support Agile development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related disciplines
• Proven experience managing products from discovery through launch and optimization in Agile environments
• Strong analytical and customer discovery skills with the ability to connect market needs to business outcomes
• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
