Job Summary
A company in the Education industry is hiring a Contracts Administrator to assist with opportunity assessments, customer agreements, and vendor relationships.
Position Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various customer and third-party contractual relationships
- Be the primary point of contact for internal teams to liaise with the Legal team on commercial transactions
- Interpret and explain complex contractual requirements and associated risks to internal business stakeholders and external parties
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a contracts administrator negotiating complex agreements
- Demonstrated experience with government and commercial agreements, SaaS and software contracts, and technology procurement in general
- Experience navigating and updating contract lifecycle management, matter management, and electronic signature tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A certificate from an ABA approved paralegal or legal studies program is preferred, and JDs welcome
