Job Summary
Supporting the organization's growth initiatives, the full-time Contracts Analyst will review, analyze, and negotiate commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements
- Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and service milestones throughout the contract life cycle
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a health-related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in contracting, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Proven proficiency in contract analysis and negotiations
- Experience with industry-specific contracts, such as technology and licensing agreements
- Strong ability to review and summarize contract terms and provide meaningful feedback to stakeholders
