Contracts and Budgets Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the study startup team, the full-time Analyst, Contracts and Budgets will manage US clinical site contracting and budgeting activities, including negotiation of agreements and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate site-specific CTAs, CDAs, and investigator budgets using master templates
- Analyze protocols and amendments to build detailed budgets and assess financial impacts
- Act as the primary contact for clinical sites to resolve contract and budget issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical research focused on site contracts and budget negotiation
- Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research processes
