Contracts and Finance Manager
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Contracts and Finance Manager will manage contract administration, financial management, forecasting, and federal pricing for prime contracts and subcontracts supporting federal healthcare and IT programs.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance, funding, and profitability across contracts
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on financial reporting, including monthly profit and loss and cash flow
- Prepare and maintain annual budgets and forecasts, tracking revenue and profitability by contract
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in federal contracting or government contract accounting
- Demonstrated experience in federal contract administration and compliance
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Experience with government contract accounting systems such as Costpoint or Unanet
