Contracts and Pricing Analyst
Job Summary
To support the growth of service contract offerings for medical device customers, the remote Contracts and Pricing Analyst will manage contract renewals, optimize performance, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and enhance customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Support annual service contract revenue and profitability targets through financial analysis and pricing strategy development
- Develop and execute strategies to increase contract penetration and renewal rates while identifying process improvements
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on ERP and CRM systems, managing special projects with minimal supervision
Required qualifications
- Experience in financial analysis, cost modeling, and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies for service contracts
- Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
