Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Pricing Strategy Manager, Oncology Innovative Brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the OBU Latest Estimate Discount Rate (LEDR) process and manage pricing and contracting scenarios
  • Support major US brand planning and collaborate with Global Access Leads on product strategy
  • Conduct pre-deal analytics for OBU products to assess viability and profitability
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in contracts and pricing with a foundational understanding of the US provider and payor environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders
  • Experience in building financial models and working with large data sets
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and its interactions with Government and Healthcare
