Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Contracts & Compliance Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR and VAAR regulations while leading negotiations and supporting financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of government contracts from proposal through closeout
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies across all contract actions
- Lead contract negotiations and support subcontract drafting and compliance monitoring
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of federal contracting, acquisition, compliance, or procurement experience
- Strong working knowledge of VAAR and FAR
- Experience supporting federal service contracts, IDIQs, BPAs, and task orders
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
