Job Summary
To support a growing cloud computing initiative, the remote Contracts Director will negotiate complex commercial agreements, develop scalable processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance contract lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate complex commercial arrangements for AI services, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS
- Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and risk management frameworks for efficient commercial operations
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to drive process automation and legal tooling enhancements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of negotiation experience in complex commercial transactions within the technology sector
- Proven expertise in structuring and executing complex commercial and partnership agreements
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, Operations, and Product teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
