Job Summary
To support a growing cloud computing initiative, the remote Contracts Director will negotiate complex commercial agreements, develop scalable processes for contract lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate complex and innovative commercial arrangements supporting AI services, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS
- Assist in the development of templates, playbooks, and risk management frameworks for efficient commercial operations
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to drive process automation and legal tooling improvements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of negotiation experience in the technology sector, particularly with complex commercial transactions
- Proven expertise in structuring and executing complex commercial and partnership agreements
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and emerging AI offerings
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience managing multiple projects with minimal oversight to meet aggressive timelines
