Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Contracts Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies for service contracts while managing supplier relationships and negotiations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category management strategies that align with organizational objectives and market conditions
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier selection and contract negotiations
• Build and maintain knowledge of supplier markets and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business, finance, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, with at least 5 years in renewable energy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software
• Demonstrated ability to lead supplier evaluations and contract negotiations
• Ability to assess and mitigate commercial and operational risks while supporting organizational objectives
