Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a growing technology company in the aerospace and defense sector, the full-time remote Contracts Manager will manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and administering various agreements while collaborating with internal teams to mitigate legal and commercial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contracting process for various commercial agreements, including SaaS, MSAs, and NDAs
• Serve as the primary contact for contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners
• Review and identify risks in proposed contract terms and ensure timely execution to support revenue objectives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management within a technology or software environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage with sophisticated customers and vendors
• Familiarity with legal terms and concepts related to contracts, including intellectual property and compliance
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Finance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
