Job Summary
To support the Research Operations Contracting team, the full-time remote Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreements while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, and prepare clinical trial agreements
- Track and finalize agreements in collaboration with Research Operations and Budget teams
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations related to contracts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, including knowledge of privacy law, HIPAA, and compliance
