Job Summary
To support the Research Operations team, the full-time remote Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreements while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and prepare clinical trial agreements, excluding study budgets
- Collaborate with Research Operations and local program administrative teams
- Track and finalize contracts to ensure timely execution and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, including knowledge of privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or intellectual property
