Job Summary
To support the Research Operations Contracting team, the full-time remote Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreements while collaborating with various teams, particularly in budgeting and program administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, and prepare clinical trial agreements
- Track and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with Research Operations and administrative teams to align contract processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, including knowledge of privacy law and compliance
- Experience with contracts related to intellectual property (IP)
