Job Summary
Managing clinical trial agreements, the full-time remote Contracts Manager will be responsible for the review, negotiation, preparation, tracking, and finalization of contracts while collaborating with Research Operations and budget teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate clinical trial agreements, excluding study budgets
- Collaborate with Research Operations teams and local program administrative teams
- Track and finalize contracts to ensure compliance and timely execution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, including knowledge of privacy law, HIPAA, and compliance
