Job Summary

Key responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate clinical trial agreements, excluding study budgets
- Track and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Collaborate with Research Operations and local program administrative teams for effective contract management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, including knowledge of privacy law and HIPAA
- Experience with compliance and intellectual property contracts
