Contracts Manager MEP
Job Summary
Coordinating with design consultants and project management teams, the full-time Contracts Manager MEP will manage the execution of MEP packages, evaluate contractor quotations, and oversee payment certifications, while working remotely from Kolkata.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with external design consultants and in-house teams regarding MEP package specifications and execution
- Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparative statements for value engineering
- Manage MEP contracts, including uploading to the internal SAP system and preparing payment certificates
Required qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 12 to 15 years of experience in contract management and billing
- Proficiency in evaluating variation orders and change orders
- Experience in tracking budget provisions for MEP packages
- Familiarity with SAP or similar contract management systems
