Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the full contract lifecycle, the hybrid Contracts Specialist will draft, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and low-risk contracting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end contracting process for various agreements, including SaaS subscriptions and procurement contracts
• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies and risk tolerance, utilizing AI tools as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient contract workflows and maintain compliance with data privacy and security requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant contracts experience, preferably in the software or technology sector
• Familiarity with standard commercial contract language and experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and information security frameworks related to commercial contracts
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working within a CRM/CPQ environment, with Salesforce experience preferred
