Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing consultancy, the remote Contracts Specialist will manage contract reviews, maintain a contracts database, and oversee template updates while ensuring compliance and risk management across various agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts and amendments, identifying risks and coordinating approvals with Sales and leadership
• Build and maintain a central Contracts Database, ensuring accurate documentation of key terms and obligations
• Own contract templates, updating them based on legal feedback and maintaining a clear change request process

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience reviewing professional services agreements, such as MSAs and SOWs
• Working knowledge of common risk terms, including indemnification and limitation of liability
• Experience building or maintaining a contract repository and ensuring its accuracy over time
• Ability to manage template or process changes across teams
• Experience working with outside law firms or in-house counsel
