Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in an EST time zone, the Contracts Specialist will manage the preparation, review, and finalization of customer sales contracts, ensuring compliance with US policies while serving as a key liaison among various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for reviewing customer contracts and requested changes, collaborating with Legal and Finance as needed
• Maintain and oversee agreement templates for accuracy and consistency, while drafting and reviewing contract content under attorney guidance
• Manage the workflow of customer contracts to ensure timely processing and proactively engage with business teams for contract renewals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of related work experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Proven experience with sales-related contracts and understanding of contract language
• Familiarity with CRM tools, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and contracting software preferred
