Job Summary

Joining a dynamic virtual team, the full-time Contracts Specialist will manage the entire contract lifecycle for healthcare agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards while collaborating with various stakeholders to prepare and oversee contracts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee global client contracts in partnership with Account Teams and the Legal Department
• Draft initial versions of client contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
• Facilitate internal reviews and communicate contract status updates effectively to team members and leadership

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in proposal creation or contract development within consulting or life sciences sectors
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce expertise preferred
• Experience handling a high volume of contracts efficiently
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools in legal or contracting processes or a strong interest in developing practical AI skills
