Control Center Analyst
Job Summary
To support real-time monitoring and operational oversight, the remote Control Center Analyst will observe live trading activity, identify potential market anomalies, and ensure timely escalation and response to maintain market integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor real-time trading activity to identify disorderly trading and market anomalies
- Escalate potential incidents in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations
- Communicate effectively with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams during live events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading support, or related roles
- Ability to operate effectively in a real-time, high-pressure environment
- Experience with monitoring tools, dashboards, or alerting systems
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
