Job Summary
To support real-time monitoring and operational oversight, the part-time Control Center Analyst will observe live trading activity, identify market anomalies, and ensure timely escalation and response while working overnight and evening shifts remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor real-time trading activity to identify disorderly trading, system issues, or market anomalies
- Escalate potential incidents in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations
- Support coordination of responses to trading disruptions, system malfunctions, or participant errors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading support, surveillance, or related roles
- Ability to operate effectively in a real-time, high-pressure environment
- Availability to work overnight and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience with monitoring tools, dashboards, or alerting systems
