Job Summary

To drive financial growth and profitability, the full-time remote Controller will manage financial operations, oversee reporting and performance management, and support financial planning and analysis for a location-based experience company.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely accounting and reporting to stakeholders while overseeing day-to-day financial activities including AP, AR, payroll, and expense management
• Assist in developing financial models, annual forecasts, and budgets, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations to achieve financial targets
• Prepare accurate financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and coordinate audits while managing operational budgets and cash flow for new projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• CPA certification encouraged but not required
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the live entertainment, hospitality, or tourism sectors, with a preference for location-based entertainment
• Advanced proficiency in accounting, financial modeling, and financial software, particularly Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
