Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Controller, the full-time position will manage day-to-day accounting, lead the month-end close, and oversee the NetSuite implementation in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements
- Own the close process end-to-end, including balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accuracy
- Build and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs to support SOX compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 9+ years of accounting experience in both public accounting and private industry
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience managing a full close
- Experience with NetSuite
