Controls Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering development programs, the full-time remote Controls Program Manager will manage project execution, risks, and resources to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the Gas Power product life cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Provide program management execution for assigned projects in accordance with established procedures
- Create and maintain project schedules while coordinating activities between engineering sub-functions
- Actively manage program risks and communicate status to engineering and commercial stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering or program/project management of engineered systems
- Proven ability to guide teams through the NPI Development Process
- Experience in managing project deliverables and timelines effectively
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on project execution
