Conversational AI Designer

Job Summary

Creating intuitive, human-centered conversational experiences, the fully remote Conversational AI Designer will design end-to-end interactions for IVR, chat, and agentic AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional partners to support customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs conversational experiences for IVR, chat, and agentic AI, balancing user needs with business goals
• Oversees the conversational AI design process and educates UX designers on collaboration with other disciplines
• Creates conversation design artifacts, including scripts and prototypes, using tools like Figma and Voiceflow

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in designing for IVR, chat, and agentic AI
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Voiceflow, and Mural
• Strong ability to translate requirements into flows, scripts, and documentation
• Understanding of accessibility, privacy, and compliance considerations in conversational systems
• Experience designing within complex transactional systems
