Conversational AI Designer
Job Summary
To support innovative conversational solutions, the full-time salaried Conversational AI Designer will design user-friendly dialogue flows for chatbots and voice assistants, collaborate with clients to implement conversation architectures, and utilize analytics to enhance user interactions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design natural dialogue flows for chatbots and voice assistants, ensuring clarity and user engagement
- Collaborate with clients and product owners to translate goals into implementation-ready conversation architectures
- Utilize analytics and feedback to iterate and improve conversation designs and user interactions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing conversational experiences in a commercial Conversational AI platform
- Proven track record of shipping multiple production deployments with ongoing iteration based on user data
- Strong command of conversation architecture, including intent/slot modeling and dialog state management
- Experience designing for both voice and chat channels, with knowledge of modality-specific best practices
- Practical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how bots integrate with backend systems
