Conversational AI Developer
Job Summary
To enhance conversational experiences, the full-time Conversational AI Developer will manage chatbot implementations, drive architectural migrations, and design robust API integrations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle development of scalable chatbots and AI agents from design to production deployment
- Maintain and optimize the Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 while participating in the migration to Microsoft Foundry and Agents 365 Azure SDK
- Design and implement API integrations using MuleSoft to facilitate data exchange between conversational front ends and backend systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development focused on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development
- Proficiency with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4, including Waterfall Dialogs and custom middleware
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, along with frontend capabilities in HTML/CSS
- Experience with MuleSoft for data integration with enterprise platforms like PeopleSoft and Salesforce
