Conversational AI Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions, the full-time remote Conversational AI Platform Engineer will develop voice and chat bots, leveraging AWS services and Large Language Models while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI platforms using AWS Lex and other bot technologies
- Build and orchestrate Agentic AI applications utilizing Amazon Bedrock and related frameworks
- Monitor and optimize AI agents and conversational systems for performance and reliability
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and related AI technologies
- Experience in developing production-grade Generative AI solutions and agent workflows
- Proficiency in designing voice bot and chat bot solutions, including intent modeling and conversation design
- Strong AWS cloud development experience, including AWS Lambda and DynamoDB
- Experience in securing enterprise AI applications and optimizing conversational AI platforms
