Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Owner Mid or Senior - Conversational AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and implement the conversational AI strategy for customer support
- Create innovative experiences for the conversational assistant in mobile and web applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, researchers, and engineers to launch new features
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with five years of experience in back-end business systems or P&C experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience
- Experience in systems enhancements, testing, analyzing systems, or requirements gathering
- Familiarity with providing strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
- Experience with conversational assistants or chatbots
- Prior experience working in an Agile environment
