Key Responsibilities
- Own conversation design for AI Agents to ensure seamless and engaging call interactions

- Develop intent taxonomies and use analytics to enhance AI Agent performance
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience designing AI-based experiences
- BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Linguistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with self-service automation technologies and API integrations
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI; knowledge of SQL or R/Python is a bonus
- Strong passion for user experience and customer-centric design
